Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is seeking a Ticketing Coordinator for our client in Liverpool. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with promoters and event teams, and ensure accurate setup of shows on our ticketing system.

Responsibilities include creating manifests, allocating tickets, tracking sales, and supporting the box office operations to deliver timely customer service for events and concerts.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with clients, organisers and promoters to understand business requirements and build positive relationships.
• Liaise with clients, promoters and planning teams to obtain information to set up and manage each event.
• Assist with setup of shows/events on the ticketing system to ensure listings are correct and tickets are allocated appropriately.
• Create and update manifests to maintain capacity and allocations for events/concerts.
• Coordinate ticket allocations and stock receipt to ensure secure delivery to customers.
• Inform clients of sales figures and settlements, and negotiate allocations when needed.
• Coordinate with Marketing to display event information on websites and marketing materials.
• Support daily operations of The Ticketing Department for efficient office administration.
• Process ticket sales and reservations using AudienceView and TQ Lite.
