We are seeking a Client Partner - Banking and Financial Services in Sydney. You will grow trusted relationships across Australian banking clients, shape opportunities and turn business needs into clear proposals and delivery roadmaps. You will partner with delivery leaders across digital transformation, data and AI, cloud and platform modernization to build long-term value.

ResponsibilitiesBuild and grow executive relationships across banking and financial services clients in AustraliaCreate account plans, relationship maps and growth priorities aligned to client goalsIdentify, qualify and progress opportunities, owning pipeline, forecasting and governanceShape solutions with delivery teams, translating needs into proposals and outcomes-based programsPosition capabilities across digital transformation, customer experience, data and AI, cloud and platform modernizationOwn commercial rhythm including renewals, contract governance and risk managementMaintain strong client satisfaction through proactive engagement, delivery alignment and issue resolutionRepresent the organization in client forums and selected industry events

RequirementsExperience in account management, business development or project delivery within technology services, consulting or outsourcingTrack record of consultative, solution-led selling or influencing growth within existing accountsManaging a portfolio of USD 3 Million – USD 4 MillionUnderstanding of how technology delivery works, including basic DevOps and continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) conceptsBanking and financial services exposure, including stakeholder landscapes and common priorities (preferred but not mandatory)Confidence engaging executive stakeholders through presentations, proposals and negotiationsCommercial acumen across pipeline management, forecasting and contract governanceAbility to connect client business problems to technology or consulting solutions and practical roadmapsClear communication and comfort working with distributed, cross-functional teamsNice to haveExposure to data and artificial intelligence (AI) programs, cloud migration or core platform modernization in financial servicesFamiliarity with request for proposal (RFP) processes, basic revenue planning and negotiation fundamentalsExperience working with cross-location or global delivery models
