Job summary

EPAM Systems in Sydney is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics Consulting to guide enterprise data and GenAI transformations. You will partner with executives, shape data strategies and lead solution design to drive measurable business outcomes.

You’ll lead data, AI and digital transformation engagements for major clients, collaborating with senior stakeholders to define roadmaps and adoption plans, while delivering scalable, high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level experience in data, AI, analytics and technology consulting.
• Track record of success in hands-on consulting and client-facing advisory roles.
• History of delivering measurable business results through technical delivery leadership.
• Deep understanding of data engineering, modern data platforms and cloud environments like AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Practical knowledge of data lakes, data pipelines, governance and advanced analytics.
• Expertise in designing AI, machine learning and generative AI solutions.
• Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks and applying them to real business use cases.
• Confidence engaging with executive stakeholders to shape long-term strategy.
