Job summary

Dotdigital is seeking a client onboarding specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding for international clients across multi-channel marketing solutions. You will coordinate data uploads, assets, segmentation, and performance analysis while ensuring a seamless transition from sales to Customer Success.

You will work with Monday.com and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, craft guides, and provide ongoing support. The role requires 3+ years in a client-facing digital environment and strong communication

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a client-facing digital environment, onboarding clients.
• Experience with multichannel channels (email, SMS, Whatsapp) and international brands.
• PM experience and ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and agencies.
• Proactive, confident, and able to build credible relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client onboarding from data uploads to asset handling and segmentation.
• Collaborate with PS, Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Document interactions and progress using Monday.com and Dynamics CRM.
• Produce guides and ongoing support materials for customers.
• Manage project schedules and act as primary contact for escalations.
