Job summary

Schiller Group Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking a highly organised Client Manager / Operations Coordinator to own day-to-day client communication, quoting, scheduling and workflow across the business.

You will start by getting across our Sydney operations and then help grow Melbourne clients, building relationships and driving growth while keeping multiple priorities on track in a fast-paced fire protection environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in client management and service coordination.
• Strong scheduling and organisation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving service business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming client communication via calls and emails.
• Coordinate scheduling, inspections and rectification works.
• Prepare and send quotes; follow up on opportunities.
• Ensure certificates and compliance documents are issued on time.
• Maintain organised client and job records across systems.
