Job summary

Freo Fire Services in Western Australia is seeking a senior project manager to lead wet fire construction projects in Perth. You will oversee site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and work with builders and consultants to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

This role requires a minimum of five years' experience, deep knowledge of sprinkler and hydrant systems, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing large-scale wet fire construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Australian fire protection standards, esp. sprinkler and hydrant systems.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Strong understanding of construction programmes and project delivery.
• Commercial understanding of budgets, variations and project costs.
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
