Job summary

Symplicity is seeking a Client Manager to partner with universities and other clients through the project lifecycle, supporting their success and expansion of Symplicity solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining solution expertise with strong business acumen to address client challenges and guide implementations.

The role requires building relationships across functions, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Foster trusted-advisor relationship to drive successful delivery of new services.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with Account Executives.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends.
• Develop client case studies, success stories, references.
• Lead efforts to turn around at-risk clients.
• Encourage customer feedback via webinars, roadshows, sessions.
• Collaborate with billing to address invoices and quotes.
• Support timely implementation of new Symplicity systems.
• Conduct discovery workshops and document requirements.
• Map Symplicity capabilities to client needs and goals.
• Maintain daily client communications to maximize satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

TheClient Manager will partner with clients through the lifecycle supporting their ongoing success and continued expansion of their use of Symplicity solutions. You will not only be a solution expert, but maintain strong business and analytical skills to unpack various client challenges and act as their trusted advisor in the implementation of these projects. The role will have you working closely across functional areas to ensure that that our team is responding to client challenges and performing at the highest possible levels.

Essential Duties

• Advance a trusted advisor relationship while driving towards successful delivery and implementation of any new services.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within client base and work with Account Executives to ensure these opportunities.
• Continue expertise on industry and client best practices and trends.
• Develop client case studies, success stories, and references.
• Lead efforts to identify and turn around at-risk clients.
• Encourage customer feedback and participation through webinars, roadshows and feedback sessions.
• Work with the billing team to assist in any issues, invoices, and new sales quotes.
• Actively support quick and effective implementation of new Symplicity systems assigned in conjunction with Transition Support Specialists.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to elicit client project requirements and document these accordingly
• Map Symplicity solution capabilities to client business requirements
• Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
• Engage in day-to-day communications with clients to ensure we are maximizing their experience and success with their Symplicity Systems.
