Bentley is a highly regarded mid-tier accounting firm offering a flexible, remote-friendly role for a Client Manager/Manager level in Australia. The position focuses on managing diverse SME portfolios, building client relationships, and delivering quality tax and advisory services.

You will review financial statements, tax returns and BAS, while advising on tax planning, structuring and broader business matters. Collaboration with Partners is key.

Qualificações

• Experience at Client Manager/Manager or Senior Supervisor in Australian public practice.
• 5+ years Tax & Business Services experience.
• Experience managing a portfolio and developing client relationships.
• Strong review skills and mentoring accounting staff.
• CA or CPA qualified.
• Strong technical tax knowledge and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Able to work independently within a collaborative remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a diverse portfolio of SMEs, privately owned businesses and complex groups.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted business adviser.
• Review financial statements, tax returns, BAS, and other compliance work.
• Provide advice across tax planning, structuring, and broader business matters.
• Manage workflow and oversee, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
• Work directly with Partners on complex tax and advisory matters.
