Mounties Group is seeking a dedicated Client Intake Consultant for a full-time role at our Mount Pritchard, NSW office. You’ll be the first contact for people enquiring about our home care services and will guide them through eligibility, funding, and My Aged Care processes.

Key duties include responding to inbound enquiries, meeting clients at home or in the office, recording leads in CRM, and coordinating with Care Managers to ensure smooth handovers and compliant service delivery.

Formación

• 2+ years in intake, sales, customer service or care coordination.
• Excellent phone and face-to-face communication with genuine empathy for older people.
• Strong organisation, follow-up and CRM skills.
• National Police Check, NDIS works check, WWC, driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Aged care, home care or disability experience.
• Knowledge of Support at Home and My Aged Care.
• Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or Ageing Support (desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and follow up new leads and referrals by phone.
• Meet prospective clients and families at home, in the office and at community events.
• Assess needs, eligibility and funding, and explain services and costs clearly.
• Guide clients through My Aged Care, service agreements and handover to Care Managers.
• Record every lead in the CRM and report weekly on enquiries and conversions.
• Build relationships with hospitals, GPs, allied health and community referrers.
• Meet aged care quality, privacy and conduct obligations, and escape risks or complaints.
