Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with clients and guiding them through implementation.
• Strong communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in supporting POS applications and how they interface with payment solutions.
• Proven ability to manage projects, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to read logs and diagnose issues.
• Team-oriented mindset with cross-functional collaboration across vendors, merchants and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships through face‑to‑face meetings, guiding implementation and communicating progress.
• Assess POS vendor development and integrate with Quest middleware, coordinating SDK integration and testing.
• Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support and escalate where needed.
• Troubleshoot issues across terminals, middleware, POS apps and networks using logs and diagnostics.
• Lead projects involving third parties and internal teams to deliver outcomes.
• Become a product expert, managing implementations, upgrades and enhancements.
• Maintain software and document processes, product information and training materials.
