Job summary

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Australia to lead configuration, testing, and delivery of workforce management solutions for clients. The role requires hands-on scripting with JavaScript/SQL, requirements gathering, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful implementations and rollouts.

You will engage in client workshops, document designs and use cases, and work across teams to meet timelines and budgets while maintaining quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 2-4 years experience in software implementations.
• Experience with SQL/JavaScript/HTML or scripting tools.
• Experience implementing or training on packaged software or complex apps.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain certification in WFS Product Suite applications.
• Configure WFS Suite according to customer requirements using JavaScript, HTML, SQL or other scripting tools.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget with effective workload management.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with internal teams during project phases.
• Assist with roll-out and go-live activities, including data migration and system setup.
