• Translate business challenges into structured software-based solutions with documentation.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and identify root causes and resolution paths.
• Participate in client workshops, design reviews, and testing cycles.
• Grow platform knowledge and consulting toolkit through on-project mentorship and formal training.
