• Partner with clients to understand pain points and improve processes via Payroll.
• Architect cohesive Workday Payroll solutions across workstreams.
• Recommend best solutions based on client requirements, budget, and timeline.
• Lead design sessions and configuration decisions with best practices.
• Ensure smooth transfer from legacy systems to Workday Payroll.
• Coordinate with integration teams on Workday integrations.
