Job summary

ADP is seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant for Lyric HCM in Australia. You will drive successful client implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and apply best-practice methodologies to deliver payroll and time & attendance solutions.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, deep payroll knowledge, and a track record in project delivery. You will partner with sales and service delivery to ensure a smooth go-live and ongoing optimization across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an implementation/service delivery role.
• Strong payroll domain knowledge (Time & Attendance).
• Proven project management approach and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate project teams to deliver client implementations on time.
• Define client requirements and perform gap analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service Delivery for go-live readiness.
• Provide post-implementation reviews and learnings.
• Escalate payroll issues and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
