Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall in North Sydney is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to deliver end-to-end cost management across complex building services projects, including cost plans, estimates and post-contract services.

You will support senior client-facing teams, manage multiple workstreams, and contribute to client relationships on major domestic and global projects. AIQS/RICS accreditation viewed favourably and lots of learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven local experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Australia.
• Strong cost management knowledge for complex building services projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced delivery.
• Mentor and share knowledge with less experienced staff.

Responsibilities

• Cost planning and cost management for large-scale data centre projects.
• Prepare cost plans, estimates, and feasibility studies.
• Monitor project financial performance, forecasts and change control.
• Manage variations, claims and final accounts per contract conditions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial and governance requirements.
