Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) in Victoria seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver cost management on data centre projects and provide specialist knowledge to maintain strong client relationships. The role covers estimates, cost plans, post-contract QS services and collaboration with Directors/Associates.

Ideal candidates bring proven senior QS experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor others in a fast-paced environment across high-voltage and MEP-focused facilities.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor and a relevant qualification (e.g Bachelor or Construction Management).
• Experience with data centres or large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Strong cost management knowledge across complex building services-heavy projects.

Mansioni

• Cost planning and cost management for large-scale data centre projects.
• Prepare and manage detailed cost plans, estimates, and feasibility studies.
• Support tender documentation, analysis, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor project financial performance and change control.
• Manage variations, claims, and final accounts per contract terms.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior Quantity Surveyors and contribute to team capability.
