Responsibilities

• Lead NAB's Credit Structuring & Execution function across Queensland.
• Manage a team of 9-10 experienced bankers, driving performance.
• Partner with Coverage, Risk and Product teams to structure complex lending solutions.
• Hold accountability for portfolio performance, credit quality and risk management.
• Operate across multiple industries and sectors to deliver client outcomes.
