Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and keep clients informed.
• Coordinate workflows, deadlines and follow-ups.
• Prepare client documents and manage information requests.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems.
• Work with local and offshore teams to move work forward.
• Support client events and office activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and client experiences.
