Job summary

Aware Super is seeking a Client Service Officer to deliver superior service to Advice clients and members, while supporting Financial Planners with seamless administration. This role is on-site in Parramatta/Sydney CBD with standard hours 8:45 am–5:15 pm, Monday to Friday.

You will be the first point of contact, manage inquiries, and help prepare documentation for processing. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential, with a focus on risk and wellbeing culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service or administration, preferably in financial services or advice
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional manner
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Being the first point of contact—welcome visitors, manage calls and inbox inquiries, and build rapport with members and clients
• Managing diaries and appointments for Financial Planners; proactively follow up pipelines and client requests
• Preparing, reviewing and pre-verifying documentation so transactions are complete and ready for processing; liaise with Client Administration Services
• Resolving client queries with clear, factual information; escalate complex or complaint matters appropriately
• Maintaining tidy client-facing spaces and supporting smooth in-office operations
