• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with understanding of processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for advisers and clients, providing timely and professional support across financial services products.
• Develop knowledge to provide accurate advice and resolve enquiries effectively.
• Plan and prioritise daily activities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Proactively identify issues that may impact service delivery or outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to promote client focus.
• Work with operational teams to ensure accurate, timely and consistent outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and policies, addressing gaps or issues as needed.
• Monitor and report on service standards and performance.
• Contribute to process improvements and provide feedback to enhance service delivery.
• Support workplace health and safety requirements and company policies.
• Complete other ad-hoc duties and projects as directed by management.
