Job summary

LD Total is seeking an organised and customer-focused Client Liaison Officer to join our Lot Packages team in Burswood. You will be the primary contact for lot owners, providing timely updates and support throughout the installation process.

You will handle data entry, maintain owner details in our Lot Packages system, answer calls, resolve enquiries, process payments for additional works, and support the team with general admin duties.

Qualifications

• Previous administration and customer service experience.
• Strong communication and detail orientation.
• Organised and proactive in managing enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and maintaining lot owner details in our Lot Packages system.
• Contacting lot owners daily in line with service schedules and providing installation information.
• Answering incoming calls, resolving enquiries and directing queries to the appropriate team members.
• Processing payments for additional works and materials.
• Supporting the team with general administrative duties.
