Job summary

LD Total is seeking a motivated Contracts Administrator to join our Construction team at our Burswood office in WA. You will support procurement, budgeting, contract administration and project documentation across diverse projects.

You will build relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders while assisting with cost tracking and variations, safety documentation management and efficient commercial processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Contracts Administration or a similar construction role.
• Experience in landscape construction or related industry.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of construction processes and willingness to learn.
• High-level computer literacy; NetSuite and Microsoft Project experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

About the role:

Working closely with our construction team, you will support procurement, budgeting, contract administration and project documentation across a range of projects.
