LD Total is seeking an organised Client Liaison Officer to join our Lot Packages team in Burswood. You will be the main contact for lot owners, providing timely updates and installation information while supporting the team with admin tasks.

Key duties include data entry, daily owner communications, processing payments, and resolving enquiries. Strong customer service and attention to detail are essential in a fast-paced environment.

• Data entry and updating lot owner details in the Lot Packages system.

• Processing payments for additional works and materials.
• Supporting the team with general administrative duties.
