Sekisui House Australia is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to manage the end-to-end client journey for premium Apartment & Mixed-Use Developments. You will guide clients from contract exchange through construction, settlement, and post-settlement, ensuring a high-quality, proactive service experience.

The role emphasizes relationship management, timely communication, and seamless collaboration with sales, design, construction, and finance teams, while maintaining data integrity in core IT

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of customer relations experience within home building or property development.
• Strong understanding of contracts for sale, settlements, and handover processes.
• Excellent business writing and reporting skills, with polished presentation.
• Current driver’s licence and Australian Permanent Residency.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end client relationships from contract exchange to post-settlement.
• Provide regular, high-quality written and verbal updates on construction progress.
• Identify, track, and resolve client issues in a timely, proactive manner.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, drafting, construction, service, and finance.
• Coordinate on-site inspections and final handover at settlement.
• Maintain accurate client and job records in Settld and Property Base.
