Job summary

Sekisui House Australia is seeking a commercially astute Project Manager to lead delivery of residential built-form projects in NSW from inception to completion. You will ensure safety, timeliness, budget discipline and high-quality outcomes while aligning with the Projects Business Plan.

Essential qualifications include 5+ years of delivery experience and strong knowledge of planning approvals, construction processes and sustainable design principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering medium-to-large residential built-form developments.
• Proven track record in project and development management.
• Deep knowledge of residential building approvals and construction processes.
• Experience with sustainable design principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring safety, schedule and budget targets.
• Direct design, quality control, and rectification processes for a seamless handover.
• Administer contracts, reporting, and filing using industry software.
• Ensure compliance with planning, environmental and OH&S policies.
• Manage external consultants, builders, and stakeholder groups across the Sekisui House group.
• Support financial reporting, risk identification, and contract administration.
