Job summary

Creation Homes in Hamilton, QLD is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to own the customer journey from Sales Acceptance through Site Start, ensuring a smooth pre-construction experience and proactive issue resolution.

You’ll prepare and coordinate HIA Building Contracts and related documents, liaise with councils, certifiers and finance providers, keep your pipeline actioned with clear next steps, and collaborate across Sales, Estimating, Drafting, Colour Selections, Construction and

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction or with a volume home builder.
• Strong understanding of pre-construction / pre-site processes and QLD planning, approvals and certification.
• Experience preparing HIA contracts and REIQ documentation.
• Ability to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.
• Comfort using CRM and workflow systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers from Sales Acceptance to Site Start, delivering a seamless pre-construction experience.
• Prepare, coordinate and execute HIA Building Contracts and supporting documentation.
• Proactively drive your pipeline with clear next actions and due dates.
• Liaise with councils, certifiers, developers and finance providers to keep approvals moving.
• Partner with Sales, Estimating, Drafting, Colour Selections, Construction and Finance to remove roadblocks.
• Escalate risks early to protect customer experience and the build timeline.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready records across CRM and workflow systems.
