Mott MacDonald in Western Australia seeks a Client Director to lead the growth and development of our Transport & Major Infrastructure portfolio. You will shape client strategy, win major opportunities and lead high-performing teams across complex infrastructure programs.

You will drive engagement with government agencies, asset owners and private sector clients, shaping strategy and building long-term trusted relationships while expanding our presence across rail, roads, aviation and ports.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects with strong client engagement and a track record of delivering complex infrastructure programs.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field; chartership where relevant to the profession.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, manage risk and drive commercial outcomes.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, manage budgets and build client value.
• Clear, confident communication across executive and stakeholder groups.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic client engagement plans to grow trusted relationships with government agencies and private sector clients.
• Shape strategy and align with WA business objectives in rail, roads, aviation, ports and broader infrastructure.
• Lead pursuits and proposals, securing major projects and programs and achieving sales targets.
• Act as Project Director on key projects, delivering high-quality professional services.
• Foster long-term client relationships and build a resilient, future-ready team.
