Qualifications

• Seasoned business banking or relationship management experience supporting complex professional or commercial customers.
• Experience within legal or insolvency banking would be highly regarded.
• Strong commercial acumen, credit capability and knowledge of transactional banking, deposits and liquidity management solutions.
• Solutions-focused and customer-obsessed mindset with the ability to lead through others and build followership.
• Strong business development expertise and the ability to identify, originate and convert new opportunities.
• Demonstrated success building and deepening executive-level client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of high-value legal and insolvency customers, delivering tailored deposit, transactional, liquidity and lending solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and referral partners, identify new business opportunities and represent Professional Services internally and externally.
• Partner with the Business Banking Executive to shape and execute business strategy, drive scorecard outcomes and support portfolio growth.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to colleagues, while acting as an escalation point for customers and stakeholders.
• Use customer and industry insights to improve processes, remove complexity and create practical solutions for better outcomes.
• Maintain focus on financial crime, operational and credit risk, portfolio quality and sustainable profitability.
