Qualifications

• Seasoned business banking and relationship management experience.
• Experience with complex lending and transactional banking solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value Community-sector customers to meet service, sales, risk, and growth targets.
• Influence development and execution of initiatives for the Community sector.
• Develop and execute a national strategy with senior leaders identifying Community sector opportunities.
• Leverage NAB product suites including debt, transactional, liquidity management and collaborate with Corporate and Institutional colleagues.
• Maintain focus on financial crime and operational risk to drive process efficiencies for customers.
