LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking an experienced Client Development Partner to join our team. This permanent full-time role is based in Sydney or Melbourne with flexible home/office arrangements to support work-life balance.

You will drive Protégé adoption in top accounts by engaging lawyers, translating workflow priorities into AI-enabled solutions, and delivering high-impact demos to executives and practice leaders.

Competenze

• Legally trained professional with law background; 5 years practicing or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience engaging senior legal stakeholders and delivering persuasive presentations.
• Exposure to AI and cyber security in legal contexts is a plus.

Client Development Partner - Legal Help leading law firms embed trusted legal AI into daily practice

We are seeking an experienced Client Development Partner to join our team. Are you an experienced Relationship Manager, adept at driving growth and managing ongoing commercial relationships in the SaaS/Legal industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! This role is part of a global initiative creating ‘white glove’ post‑sale roles that go into top accounts to work lawyer‑to‑lawyer and drive use and adoption of LexisNexis Protégé and workflow solutions. You will engage directly with lawyers, heads of department and practice area heads (rather than knowledge managers) to secure support and endorsement for Protégé adoption. This is a permanent full-time role based either in Sydney or Melbourne with combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Protégé in top accounts by working lawyer‑to‑lawyer with senior legal stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with practice leaders and translate workflow priorities into practical AI-enabled solutions.
• Deliver high‑impact demos/presentations that show how Protégé improves legal work and outcomes.
• Partnering with Relationship Managers/Directors to research prospects and execute pursuit strategies that build senior‑level relationships and create new business opportunities (pre‑sales activities)
• Capture customer insights in CRM and feed learnings back to the business to shape engagement and recommendations.

Requirements

• Legally trained professional (lawyer background is required).
• 5 years’ experience as a practicing lawyer is preferred, with pre-sales and post-sales background.
• Preferred: experience from large law firms or in‑house corporate legal; beneficial exposure to AI and cyber security practice areas.
• AI fluency.
• Executive presence; able to engage partners / firm leadership and deliver persuasive presentations/demos.
