Job summary

Trend Windows & Doors is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to drive revenue by servicing a portfolio of existing clients and re-engaging previous customers. You will advise on products, provide quotes, and negotiate terms to support sales growth within a reputable, industry-leading brand.

You will bring strong customer service and relationship-building skills, the ability to learn new products and processes, and experience with MS Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service and administration experience.
• Ability to learn new products, processes and systems.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Experience using MS Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contacting existing customers to maintain relationships and understand their needs.
• Proactively contacting previous customers to re-establish relationships and understand their needs.
• Advising customers of suitable products and services based on their requirements.
• Providing and following up on quotes.
• Negotiating terms, pricing and contracts with customers.
• Offering ongoing customer support to customers throughout the sales process.
