Connect Hearing is hiring a Client Care Representative for our Buddina clinic. This full-time role focuses on exceptional client service, administrative support to clinicians, and efficient clinic operations.

You will interact with an older client base, schedule appointments, handle billing, and contribute to a positive hearing-health journey. The position offers training, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth within a leading hearing care provider.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer service experience is required.
• Experience in administration is desirable.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with computer applications is expected.
• Interest in hearing health is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients.
• Provide administrative support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists).
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Manage clinic phone line and shared email inbox.
• Billing clients accurately and handling a range of payments.
• Learn and competently use a range of software and applications.

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and hands-on customer service/admin professional to join our team at our hearing clinic in Buddina, QLD.

This is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. We’re seeking someone who is eager to grow with us and build a long-term career.

You’ll play an important role in our clinic, providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and supporting them in managing their hearing health. This is a varied, client-facing role where you can make a genuine difference to our clients’ experience. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

What will you be doing?

• Welcoming our clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes

• Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration role

• Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients

• Intermediate computer skills

• An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
