Job summary

Neurosensory in Brisbane CBD is seeking a friendly Client Care Representative to support clients on their hearing journey and provide essential clinic administration. This permanent full-time role offers training and a stable schedule, with options for 8:30am–4:30pm or 9:00am–5:00pm.

You will join a supportive, growth‑oriented team focused on excellent patient experience. You will manage appointments, greet clients, respond to calls and emails, assist with enquiries, handle billing, and maintain

• Willingness to cover sick leave and annual leave at other clinics when needed.

We're looking for a friendly and organised Client Care Representative to join our Brisbane CBD clinic. As the welcoming face of the clinic, you’ll support clients throughout their hearing health journey while also providing essential administrative support to help keep the clinic organised and running smoothly.

This is apermanent full-time position, Monday to Friday, working either 8:30am–4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm. Full training will be provided. It’s a great opportunity to join a supportive, growing team where you can build your skills and develop a long-term career with us.

What will you be doing?

As a Client Care Representative, you will provide an exceptional level of service to our clients while also taking ownership of a range of administrative tasks that are essential to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the clinic. You'll be working as part of a fun and professional team dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the appointment schedule for our audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for our clients

Greeting clients at the clinic and updating client records

Answering clinic phone calls and emails

Assisting with client and doctor enquiries

Accurate billing of appointments

Providing basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices

Other general office duties

What do you need to be successful in this role?

A passion for delivering an amazing client experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patience

Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Demonstrated judgement and advanced skills in the delivery of administrative services

Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy

Willingness to cover sick leave and annual leave at our other clinics from time to time.
