Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Accounts, Billing, Accounts Receivable or Finance Administration position.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process daily client invoicing.
• Manage monthly billing and invoicing deadlines.
• Review and validate client dockets for accuracy before invoicing.
• Maintain accurate billing records and client account information.
• Work across client portals and third-party software platforms.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve billing queries and discrepancies.
• Support finance administration and ad hoc accounts tasks as required.
