Job summary

ClearView Wealth is seeking a Client Advisor for Sydney CBD to provide personalised jewellery consultations and premium client service in a busy showroom environment. You will guide customers through product selection, coordinate aftercare, and participate in daily showroom setup while promoting ethical practices and community initiatives.

The role requires a Monday–Saturday roster, strong sales or customer service experience, and the right to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally in premium jewellery or retail.
• High attention to detail and commitment to exceptional client experiences.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with flexibility to cover a Monday–Saturday roster.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting jewellery through in-person and online consultations; provide personalised advice and education; prepare independent quotes.
• Coordinate aftercare consultations including resizing, repairs and warranty claims.
• Promote Cullen Jewellery's commitment to ethical practices and community initiatives.
• Assist in showroom setup and maintain cleanliness of consultation desks and showroom areas.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks such as stock takes, updating displays, and postage tasks as required.

Full-time, permanent; Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 8am-4pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Through in-person and online consultations, you'll be assisting clients in selecting jewellery, offering personalised advice and education, guiding them through the customisation process, and preparing independent custom quotes.
• Coordinate aftercare services consultations including resizing, repairs, and lifetime warranty claims.
• Promoting Cullen Jewellery's commitment to ethical practices and community initiatives.
• Participating in the daily setup and opening of the showroom, ensuring cleanliness of consultation desks and other showroom areas.
• Completing ad-hoc tasks such as stock takes, changing product displays, and managing postage tasks as required.

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the premium jewellery or retail industry.
• High attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional client experiences.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and processes.
