Job summary

Tiffany & Co. Perth boutique is seeking a driven Sales Professional on a casual basis. You will represent the iconic brand, develop your client portfolio, and deliver a personalised, luxurious shopping experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

You should have at least two years in sales or a customer-focused role, a strong service mindset, and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays. Join a dynamic, well-supported team with opportunities within the LVMH luxury group.

• Developing your business and portfolio by building meaningful client relationships and exceeding sales plan
• Pro-actively communicate with our clients, ensuring the Tiffany Experience - uniquely tailored and personalised customer service.
• Deliver an uncompromising luxurious and personalised experience, maintaining efficiency in a fast paced environment.

About you:

• Have a minimum of two years experience in sales or customer-focused environment. Be it Retail, Hospitality or Aviation…
• You are obsessed with providing the best customer-service
• You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit
• Proven track record in outreaching clients, achieving sales results and working towards KPIs
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse client base and collaborate with colleagues.
• You are flexible to work retail trading hours, including weekdays and weekends, late nights and holidays. Availability to work Saturday and Sunday is a must.
