Job summary

You will build trust through regular site visits, manage rosters, and own the casual workforce from onboarding to exits. Visa sponsorship is noted as possible for suitably qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Must have proven capability in managing client accounts and high-volume placements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Professional, proactive problem-solving and customer service.
• Holds driver's license and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a steady presence at client sites through scheduled visits.
• Fill client job orders efficiently, often at high volume.
• Create rosters for casual employees and manage them against client requirements.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by managing accounts and liaising with clients proactively.
• Oversee on-boarding, performance management and terminations for placed employees.
• Resolve employee concerns about payroll and WHS.
• Grow strong relationships with clients and casual employees, and encourage a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Take care of administrative tasks that keep operations running.
