Royal Women's Hospital is seeking an Admin Clerk for a part-time, ongoing role based in Parkville. You will provide exceptional customer service, accurate data entry and general administration to support efficient service operations.
Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling referrals and appointments, managing inquiries across phone and online channels, and performing reception duties in a busy outpatient setting.
