Job summary

The Royal Women’s Hospital in Parkville is seeking a Casual Receptionist for the busy Medical Imaging department. You will handle front-of-house duties, data entry for patient registrations and appointments, and manage telephone queries and clinic liaison.

Parkville location offers public transport access. The role requires strong communication, customer service and confidentiality in a compassionate healthcare setting.

Job description

Casual position (shifts Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm)

Parkville location, with multiple public transport options available including the new Metro Trains tunnel

$30.76 – $34.00 per hour, plus casual loading and superannuation

About The Pauline Gandel Women’s Imaging Centre

The Pauline Gandel Women’s Imaging Centrecomprisesthe Department of Radiology and the Department ofObstetricand Gynaecological Ultrasound. The Centre oversees the provision of high-level complex, primary through quaternary care to both inpatients and outpatients (women,fetusesand newborns).We also providegynaecologicaland obstetric procedures to patients referred from other healthcare providers seeking tertiary imaging and diagnoses.
