Job summary

TotalFusion Platinum Newstead in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor (2IC) to lead from the front, manage shift operations, and maintain presentation when the Manager is off-site.

You will supervise the housekeeping team, support recruitment and training, ensure WHS compliance and safe chemical handling, and collaborate with Operations, Spa, Fitness and Hospitality to uphold world-class standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial housekeeping, hospitality, or high-traffic facilities.
• Strong supervisory or team leadership capability.
• Extremely detail-oriented with high standards.
• Calm, decisive and proactive under pressure.
• Knowledge of WHS practices and safe chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team during assigned shifts.
• Act as the senior point of contact in the Manager’s absence.
• Conduct quality control checks and uphold presentation benchmarks.
• Support shift planning, task allocation, and workflow optimisation.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Monitor stock levels and equipment functionality.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, hygiene, and facility standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Spa, Fitness and Hospitality teams.

The Role:

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team during assigned shifts
