Job summary

Civeo is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join the Hamilton Village team in Western Australia. This hands-on role involves rostering, organising and supervising the cleaning team, while supporting the Village Manager in day-to-day operations.

You should have at least 6 months in commercial/hotel cleaning, supervising a team, and strong teamwork under pressure. Remote-work experience is highly regarded, and a Class C driver's licence is required.

Qualifications

• Grade 10 education or equivalent completed.
• 6+ months cleaning experience in commercial/hotel accommodation.
• 6+ months experience supervising a team.
• Ability to train and assist in staff training.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Remote work experience is highly regarded.
• Hold a Class C, manual driver's licence.

Responsibilities

The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at our Hamilton Village located in Western Australia.

This position is very hands on within the team, whilst also assisting the Village Manager in the running of the department, including rostering and organising and supervising the work.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Grade 10 standard of education with ability to read, write and perform numerical calculations commensurate with the duties of the position.
• At least 6 months work experience in cleaning in commercial/hotel accommodation, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• At least 6 months experience of supervising a team.
• The ability to train / assist in staff training
• Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Remote work experience (highly regarded)
• Class C, Manual Driver's Licence
