Civeo is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Village teams in Queensland on FIFO arrangements. The role focuses on leading a housekeeping team, coordinating shifts, and ensuring clean, safe facilities for onsite workers.

The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure. Salary is competitive with onsite food and accommodation provided.

• Lead and supervise housekeeping team across Village sites.
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations while FIFO rotations are in effect.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environments (remote work highly regarded)
• Experience leading a housekeeping team, with exceptional communication and time management
• Great team leader with the ability to adapt, work well under pressure, and handle conflict
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and consent to background screening
• Valid working rights in Australia for the next 12 months
