Job summary

Civeo Australia is seeking experienced Housekeeping Supervisors for FIFO roles across QLD villages. Lead a housekeeping team in remote hospitality settings, ensuring guest satisfaction while managing schedules and workloads.

The position offers on-site food and accommodation and opportunities for professional growth. Ideal candidates have strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to pass medical and background checks; Australian work rights for 12 months are required.

• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and resolve conflicts.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment medical and background screening.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environments (remote work highly regarded)
• Experience leading a housekeeping team, with exceptional communication and time management
• Great team leader with the ability to adapt, work well under pressure, and handle conflict
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and consent to background screening
• Valid working rights in Australia for the next 12 months (sponsorship NOT available)
• Current Driver's Licence
