Ideal candidates will have experience supervising housekeeping in high-volume hospitality, strong communication and time management skills, and current Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Pass pre-employment medical and background screening.
• Current Australian working rights (12 months; sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate housekeeping across village teams.
• Ensure safety, efficiency and guest satisfaction in a FIFO operation.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environments (remote work highly regarded)
• Experience leading a housekeeping team, with exceptional communication and time management
• Great team leader with the ability to adapt, work well under pressure, and handle conflict
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and consent to background screening
• Valid working rights in Australia for the next 12 months (sponsorship NOT available)
• Current Driver's Licence
