Job summary

Civeo Australia is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our Hamilton Village team in Western Australia. The role combines hands-on cleaning duties with supervising staff and assisting the Village Manager with rostering and daily operations.

You will ensure high standards of cleanliness, coordinate tasks, and participate in training. A Class C driving licence and a concise reading/writing ability are required, with remote-work experience highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Grade 10 education with ability to read, write and perform numerical calculations commensurate with the duties of the position.
• At least 6 months work experience in cleaning in commercial/hotel accommodation, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• At least 6 months experience of supervising a team.
• The ability to train / assist in staff training
• Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team
• A good eye for detail
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Remote work experience (highly regarded)
• Class C, Manual Driver’s Licence

THE ROLE

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at our Hamilton Village located in Western Australia.

This position is very hands on within the team, whilst also assisting the Village Manager in the running of the department, including rostering and organising and supervising the work.
