Civeo is seeking Housekeeping Supervisors to join our Village teams across Queensland on FIFO options. This role supports on-site operations with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Experience leading a housekeeping team with strong communication.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and background screening.
• Valid working rights in Australia for the next 12 months (sponsorship NOT available).

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping teams across village sites.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained.
• Coordinate scheduling, training and performance feedback.

  • Experience leading a housekeeping team, with exceptional communication and time management
  • Great team leader with the ability to adapt, work well under pressure, and handle conflict
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and consent to background screening
  • Valid working rights in Australia for the next 12 months (sponsorship NOT available)
  • Current Driver’s Licence
