Job summary

City Facilities Management Ltd. in ACT is seeking a part-time Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team, perform cleaning duties, and provide hands-on training during site visits.

The role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, and a willingness to obtain background checks. You will supervise and train staff, manage equipment, and ensure OH&S compliance while maintaining high cleaning standards at client sites.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is required.

• Willingness to troubleshoot cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality cleaning services on time and to scope.
• Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces; disinfect high-touch surfaces.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.
• Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery; perform physical tasks.
• Supervise and train team members through site visits and hands-on support.
• Act as first contact for on-site queries and escalated urgent issues.
• Manage equipment and supplies, reporting faults and maintaining stock.
• Follow all OH&S policies and procedures.

Job description

Based in Kambah, ACT, you'll handle daily cleaning at your site and support a small team across nearby centres- providing troubleshooting, training during site visits, and updating the Cleaning Operations Supervisor on standards and performance.
