Respect is seeking a Cleaning Services Assistant in a residential aged care setting. This casual role focuses on keeping resident rooms, shared spaces, and facilities clean to create a home-like environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

You will perform cleaning duties, follow infection control guidelines, handle chemicals safely, and work on a rotating roster, including weekends, to support a welcoming and hygienic living environment.

About The Role

As a Cleaning Services Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Working in a residential aged care setting, you’ll be responsible for cleaning resident rooms, shared living areas, and facilities while consistently meeting high standards of hygiene and infection control.

This is a casual position. We’re seeking a reliable and dependable team member who is flexible to work a rotating roster. You’ll take pride in your work and understand the importance of creating a comfortable, home-like environment for our residents.

No two days are the same! As Cleaning Services Assistant, you will:

• Clean and sanitise resident rooms, bathrooms, and shared living areas in line with infection control standards
