Job summary

Respect Group Limited in Regional Australia is seeking a Cleaning Services Assistant to help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors in a residential aged care setting.

This casual role requires reliability, punctuality and flexibility to work weekends and rotating shifts. You will clean resident rooms, shared living areas and facilities, follow infection control procedures and manage cleaning chemicals safely.

• Dispose of waste and manage linen in accordance with hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Follow cleaning schedules and workplace procedures to ensure high-quality standards.

About the Role

As a Cleaning Services Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Working in a residential aged care setting, you’ll be responsible for cleaning resident rooms, shared living areas, and facilities while consistently meeting high standards of hygiene and infection control.

This is a casual position. We’re seeking a reliable and dependable team member who is flexible to work a rotating roster. You’ll take pride in your work and understand the importance of creating a comfortable, home-like environment for our residents.

No two days are the same! As Cleaning Services Assistant, you will:
