Oaks Sydney Castlereagh Suites is expanding its housekeeping team with casual opportunities. If you’re energetic, detail‑minded and thrive in a team, we’d love to have you on board.

Roles involve thorough cleaning of guest rooms, adherence to safety standards, and working a rotating roster Monday to Sunday. Hourly rates are set per day, with weekend premiums; training and necessary equipment are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Good physical fitness to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting and standing for extended periods.

Oaks Sydney Castlereagh Suites is excited to expand our housekeeping department, with multiple casual opportunities now available. We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to providing an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
• Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated by the company.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals.
• Adhering to safety protocols and environmental standards.
• Using specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively - with all training and tools provided.
• Building strong, professional relationships with team members, guests, and contractors to help foster a positive, respectful work environment.

Shift Details (subject to change)

Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday. Shifts starting between 8:00am and 9.00am.

Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):

• Monday - Friday: $33.85 per hour
• Saturday: $40.62 per hour
• Sunday: $47.39 per hour

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided).
• Good physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Professional and clear communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and contractors.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
• A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
